The feed addresses come from one place only — Chainlink’s own machine-readable directory for this chain. They are never typed by hand, never taken from a search result, and never accepted from a suggestion.

The token addresses are resolved by structure, not by name. An official Stock Token is a beacon proxy pointing at one specific implementation contract. We check that implementation. Anything else with the same symbol — or the same name, spaces and all — is rejected and recorded as an impostor.

The registry does not update itself. We fingerprint the directory on every sync. If the fingerprint changes, nothing is written until a person looks at what changed and accepts it by name. A registry that updates itself is a registry somebody else can update.
